INSIDE SALES/OPERATIONS

Southwest Irrigation, LLC is currently seeking qualified individuals for their position of Inside Sales/Operations. This position will be full time and located in Willcox, Az.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle incoming customer requests for pricing and delivery.
Manage RFQ’s to vendors.
Create estimates/quotes for customers.
Answer customer technical questions.
Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
Maintain proper inventory to facilitate rapid order fulfillment.
Track inventory trends to ensure inventory is current and relevant.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

First and foremost a good attitude and a desire to provide the highest level of
customer support. Proficiency in computer-based programs such as Microsoft
Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Point of
Sale software would be a plus.
The position offers a competitive pay rate, annual bonus and 401K retirement
