TracStar
The TracStar® fusion machines are the number one choice on jobsites fusing pipelines with their ease of maneuverability and freedom of movement. Self-propelled via rubber crawler tracks, these vehicles can traverse rough terrain and grades up to 30%. All of the TracStars are self-contained with all of the necessary electrical equipment on board. The carriage is mounted on the track-driven chassis for easy pipe loading and movement along the pipe. The carriage is also removable so that pipe can be fused on special applications in the ditch. With fusion capabilities of 125mm to 630mm polypropylene pipe, there’s a TracStar for a variety of pipe sizes.
TRACSTAR® 250 SERIES 2 125mm - 250mm (4" - 10")
The new TracStar 412 Series 2 has been completely redesigned based on feedback from the field. The Series 2 machines incorporate a new cowling design that aids in heat dissipation — while providing easier access for machine maintenance. An updated electrical system increases the circuit protection and a standard battery disconnect in now incorporated for easy lockout.

TRACSTAR® 500 SERIES 3 315mm - 500mm (12" - 20")
The TracStar® 500 Series 3 is designed to offer the utmost maneuverability and flexibility on a jobsite. The robust features include a strong hydraulic facer for fast and efficient facing of pipe ends. The onboard engine and generator powers both the hydraulics and heater.
The TracStar 500 offers a self-contained, self-propelled, track-mounted vehicle that can handle grades up to 30 percent. The machine incorporates a removable carriage for polypropylene fusion operations remote from the vehicle. For installations in limited space, the outer fixed jaw and skid can be removed from the carriage, converting it to a 3-jaw carriage for an even more compact fusion unit.

TRACSTAR® 630 SERIES 2 355mm - 630mm (14" - 24")
The TracStar 630 offers a self-contained, self-propelled, track-mounted vehicle that can handle grades up to 30 percent. It incorporates an interchangeable 4-jaw carriage that can be easily removed for polypropylene fusion operations remote from the vehicle. For installations in limited space, the outer fixed jaw and skid can be removed from the carriage, converting it to a 3-jaw carriage for an even more compact fusion unit.
